Biography
Dr. Steven Platek teaches courses in the cognitive neurosciences and evolutionary/comparative psychology. His research investigates the behavioral and neural correlates of mate selection, parent-offspring conflict, face perception, impression formation and yawning. He's published more than 100 peer-reviewed articles and several books and regularly involves undergraduates in his research.
