Individual Courses

English Preparation for College Entrance

Prepare to take the Reading and Writing placement test for GGC admission and placement. Start your college career successfully with this course. The class includes an experienced instructor and guest speakers from Georgia Gwinnett College. This course is designed for students for whom English is a second or additional language/ESL students. For Fall 2021, the English Preparation for College Entrance class meets on five consecutive Fridays in October: Oct. 1, 8, 15, 22, 29. 

*Note: This course must reach minimum enrollment standards in order to be offered.  

Employer Courses

Business English

For businesses in the area that may wish to offer English language training for their employees who speak English as a second language, the class focuses on essential vocabulary and extensive writing and speaking. The class includes an experienced instructor and guest speakers from the college’s School of Business. Days and meeting times to be arranged, with associated cost based on enrollment.
