Dr. Sairam Tangirala, associate professor of physics, won a $5,238 grant to develop low- or no-cost instructional materials for a physical science course in the science of everyday materials. The funding is provided by the University System of Georgia Board of Regents' Affordable Learning Georgia Textbook Transformation Grant program.
