Biography
Dr. Amir Azarvan is an associate professor of political science at Georgia Gwinnett College. His primary research interests are in the areas of political theology (particularly of the Christian East), human rights, and American foreign policy. His scholarly and op-ed work has appeared in such venues as Inside Higher Ed, Truthout, the New Oxford Review, Crisis Magazine, Electronic Intifada, the Journal of North African Studies, and the Catholic Social Science Review.
