Biography

Mr. Howard Shulman has 55 plus years in computing, having worked as a programmer and system analyst for the U.S. Army, Bell Labs and UNISYS. He also taught programming at Georgia Piedmont Technical College and was a data manager for Georgia Tech. Shulman is now retired and working part time.
