Biography

Dr. Kyle Huff is an associate professor of management at Georgia Gwinnett College. He concentrates on teaching human resource management and organizational behavior. His research interests are around the broad topic of employee assessment. This includes justice perceptions of performance appraisals, threats to the validity of web-based assessment, HR/talent analytics, and indirect measures of psychological constructs.

During his teaching career, he has taught classes as a graduate student at Georgia College and State University and North Carolina State University. Huff received his Ph.D. in industrial/organizational and vocational psychology at North Carolina State University. Before that, he earned an M.S. in general psychology from Georgia College and State University and a B.S. in management from the Georgia Institute for Technology.

While earning his degree, he has worked as part of various teams that have completed projects for the U.S. military, O*NET, North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation and NASA. In addition, he has worked directly for VeriTest and Predvari.
