Biography
Marty Gerson is a veteran high school teacher of 31 years. He taught for 13 years at Cross Keys High School in DeKalb County, 6 years at South Gwinnett High School, and for 12 years at Peachtree Ridge High School in Gwinnett County. He has held part time positions at Georgia Perimeter College and Georgia State University. He retired from high school teaching at the end of the 2014-2015 school year.
He loves to converse with students and faculty, and he believes in making himself available to students whenever needed. His interests include helping students learn to communicate mathematically and in helping students be successful.
