Biography
Dr. Sean Yang received a Ph.D. in computer science from Kent State University in 2004. He earned a master’s in engineering and a bachelor’s in engineering in computer science from Soongsil University, Seoul, Korea in 1995. He worked as a research engineer in the Telecommunication Research Center for Samsung Electronics for four years and researched and developed a large-scale ATM switching system. Yang’s major research areas are high performance computation and communication networks, information security, sensor networks, distributed adaptive networks, multi-media transmission and visualization systems, and game programming.
