Biography
Dr. Shuaijun Zhang holds a doctoral degree in management at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, a bachelor's degree in international business and a master's degree in entrepreneurship from Oklahoma State University. He has presented at major management conferences such as AOM, SMA, DSI, and POMS. He has published in journals including the Journal of Innovation & Knowledge, International Journal of Hospitality Management and TQM Journal.
