Biography

Vikki Hise obtained her degree from East Tennessee State University (ETSU) in professional studies with a concentration in organizational leadership. She is also a former employee of ETSU where she served as the fiscal management analyst for the Quillen College of Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine. Her expertise includes budgeting state, foundation, and grant accounts and contracts.
