Faculty team publishes paper on student performance in intro computing course

Drs. Kamal Kakish, David Kerven and Lissa Pollacia, all professors of information technology, and Stacy Jones, instructor of mathematics, coauthored the paper, “Does Modality Matter?  A Statistical Analysis of Student Performance in General Education Introductory Computing Course.” Pollacia presented the paper for the 2024 Information Systems Educators Conference (ISECON) (PDF), and the paper will be published in the 2024 ISECON Conference Proceedings.
