Diondra Burgess, '21, human development and aging services, received the 2020-21 Georgia Association of Colleges and Employers' Jack Mangham Experiential Learning Award. She is the first GGC student/alumna to receive this award, which honors students at Georgia institutions of higher learning who participate in experiential learning such as co-op, internship, student teaching or volunteerism and who demonstrate exemplary performance in academic work and community settings.
