Dr. Amy Farah receives the 2020 Post-Secondary Teacher of the Year Award

Dr. Amy Farah, associate professor of teacher education, received the 2020 Post-Secondary Teacher of the Year Award from the Georgia Association of Teachers of Family & Consumer Sciences. The award honors her outreach and collaborative work with high school students and their advisors. Each year, she coordinates bringing high school students interested in the teaching profession to GGC for a conference. She also serves on local high school advisory boards as a community partner in education.
