INSIDE GGC
Represent your department: Two ways to submit your promotional materials for Grizzly Orientation

Incoming students are always eager to begin their college journey, and the Georgia Gwinnett College New Student Connections team plays a vital role in supporting their transition during Grizzly Orientation. This is the perfect opportunity to introduce students to the college’s services, programs and initiatives designed to support their ongoing success. Learn how you can participate below.
Printed materials
If your office has flyers, brochures or other printed materials you would like included in Grizzly Orientation folders, please design, print and fold them as needed. Materials should be ready for pickup or delivery to New Student Connections by Wednesday, April 30. Folders are distributed to every incoming student. The institution is preparing to welcome up to 5,000 students, but you are welcome to decide how many copies you want to provide. You may deliver them all at once or in batches throughout the summer.
To update your GGC materials to meet current brand standards, submit a Creative Services request.
Digital materials
A looping slideshow will be displayed at the orientation, featuring helpful information and resources for students and families. If you would like your office or program included, email the exact text or image(s) you want displayed to Davon Crews, assistant director of New Student Connections, by Wednesday, April 30. New Student Connections will design the slide – just send your content!
Sample topics for the slideshow:
- Campus resources and services
- Upcoming programs or events
- Student involvement opportunities
- Wellness, safety or academic tips
