Grizzly Den within Banner is the official site for student information

Check your roster to make sure that all students who are attending your class are on your class list. Students who are not on the list should be referred to Registration Services.

To view your class list in Grizzly Den within Banner, click on the tile “Summary Class Roster.”

Attendance verification process

Only students who have never attended or participated in a single class should be reported for non-attendance. If the student attends or participates in one class then stops attending or participating, they should not be reported for non-attendance. 

  • Students reported for non-attendance will not receive their financial aid remaining balance funds.
  • Students enrolled in courses that have not verified their attendance will not receive their financial aid remaining balance funds. 
  • Attendance reporting for a course after being marked for non-attendance can be corrected in Grizzly Den within Banner until Jan. 21.
  • After 5 p.m. Jan. 21, any error in reporting non-attendance should be sent via email to Attendance Verification.
  • Attendance verification is entered in Grizzly Den within Banner.

Course withdrawal

Students can submit a course withdrawal in Grizzly Den within Banner by following these instructions:

  1. From the “Registration“ tile, select “Register for Classes.” 
  2. Select “Register for Classes.”
  3. Select the appropriate term.
  4. Use the drop-down menu under “Action” in the Schedule Summary at the bottom right and select “Withdrawn Courses.”  
  5. Click “Submit.”

NOTE: Students with holds will need to resolve their hold in order to submit a course withdrawal in Grizzly Den within Banner. Mentor holds will be placed on student records on Wednesday, March 12, after the midpoint of the full term. Students wishing to withdraw after midpoint will need to see their mentor before being able to submit a withdrawal. Students with questions concerning withdrawals can email Registration Services.

Where can I find the spring 2025 exam schedule?

Log in to the MyGGC SharePoint. The link to the spring 2025 exam schedule will be listed under the “Students Quick Links” and “Faculty and Staff Quick Links.”
