Georgia Gwinnett College (GGC) is just one month away from celebrating the achievements of nearly 850 graduates during our Spring Commencement ceremonies, taking place in the new Convocation Center at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 10.

As this momentous occasion approaches, staff support is needed in a variety of roles. If you are interested in participating, please sign up by COB Wednesday, April 23.

All participants are strongly encouraged to attend an in-person informational meeting, as well as the Commencement staff rehearsal. Key dates for participants in the Commencement planning cycle are listed below for reference. While you may add these to your calendar now, formal calendar invitations will be sent to those who complete the RSVP process.

• Individual assignments will be distributed to participants at the rehearsal.
• Staff Support staging location: Building B, Belonging Center.
• Faculty and staff participating in both ceremonies are asked to park in the H Lot.
• To ensure a smooth and safe experience, please check the list of prohibited items and other important information.
• A “Clear Bag Policy” and other prohibited items apply.
