Volunteers needed for a campus workday at the microfarm

Faculty and staff volunteers are needed to help prepare the Georgia Gwinnett College (GGC) microfarm for the spring season. Join the Institute for Environmental Science and Sustainability 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, for a campus workday to support sustainable agriculture, connect with colleagues and make a direct impact on our campus environment.
Assistance is needed on tasks like weeding, composting and setting up planting spaces. No experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm and prepare to get dirty!
This is a great opportunity to engage with sustainability initiatives and help create a thriving space for students and the campus community.
RSVP to participate. Volunteers can meet at the GGC microfarm between the H Lot and GGC Convocation Center.
