U.S. Citizens
You are a U.S. citizen if:
- You were born in the United States or certain U.S. territories
- You were born abroad to parents who are U.S. citizens
- You have obtained citizenship status through naturalization
Non-U.S. Citizens
You are non-U.S. citizen if:
- You are a U.S. national (includes natives of American Samoa or Swains Island)
- You are a U.S. permanent resident (who has an I-151, I-551 or I-551C [Permanent Resident Card])
- You are an individual who has an Arrival-Departure Record (I-94) from U.S. citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS) showing an eligible status
