What happens next?

  • Within five business days, your communications request will be evaluated, and an email will be sent via our Teamwork project management system outlining the next steps. 
  • If Communications is able to support the request, a content lead will be assigned and a planning meeting may be scheduled to discuss the scope and objectives of the project as well as the most effective means to achieve project goals within the requested time frame. If the request is not supported, the requestor will be notified via a Teamwork email.
  • Note that large and complex projects can take up to three months or more to complete. Additionally, the project and content may be approved, tweaked or re-created by Communications, according to visual standards and consistency.
  • All project communications will occur through Teamwork, a project management system that provides both the client and Communications team members the opportunity to communicate, collaborate and ensure visibility of project progress.
